(b) notify a user of the Security Breach, its nature and scope, the remedial actions ClockDiary is entitled to undertake, and the timeline within which ClockDiary will provide a remedy to the breach of security. User shall be responsible for fulfilling your obligations under applicable law.

In the course of such events, you shall have to take responsibility for initiating remedial actions, and you shall notify ClockDiary immediately of the breach and the steps you have taken to remedy such a breach. Within our sole discretion, we may take all actions, including suspension of your access to the Services, to prevent any further harm to you or your information, the Services, or any other third parties.
