  • Information related to job offerings, desired roles, skills, and experience shared through Clockdiary Talent or other relevant features. 
Payment Transaction Information 

We may collect information related to payments made through the Services. To complete payment transactions, you may need to provide the following:

  • Card expiration date. 
  • CVV code. 
  • Billing address. 
  • ACH bank information. 
  • Your name and billing, delivery, or shipping address. 

Please note that payment transactions are handled by our Service Providers. Clockdiary does not store or process your credit card or other financial account information. You are subject to the privacy policies and terms and conditions of these Service Providers when making payments through their systems. Clockdiary is not responsible for the data practices of these third-party platforms. Avoid sharing sensitive or confidential information through these channels if you do not want it to be publicly accessible. 

Analytics Information 

We use data analytics to ensure site functionality and improve the quality of our Services. Our mobile analytics software helps us understand how the Services function on your device. This software may collect information such as how frequently you use the Services, user behavior within the app, aggregated usage, performance metrics, error reports, debugging data, and the source from which the Services were downloaded. This information is not linked to any Personal Data you submit within the application and is used solely to enhance the user experience. 

Log File Information 

When you use our Services, we may collect log file data, which includes:

Note: Clockdiary is not a keylogging program and does not record or store keystrokes. Screenshots are securely uploaded via SSL over HTTPS (port 443) to Azure blob storage and are never passed through our servers. Data such as activity seconds and worked seconds are uploaded approximately every 10 minutes via a secure queue. Screenshots are stored in an obfuscated format on Azure’s servers to ensure privacy and security. 

Cookies 

We may automatically collect certain data using cookies and similar storage technologies. Cookies are small files or data packets stored on your device that capture information about your interactions with the Services. This may include: 

  • Your IP address. 
  • Browser type and version. 
  • Operating system details. 
  • Web pages visited on our platform.
