How to Edit Customer Details in Clockdiary

Keeping your customer information accurate is essential for seamless communication and efficient service. In Clockdiary, editing customer details is quick and easy—even easier with helpful visuals along the way.

You can update the following customer information:

  • Name
  • Email Address
  • Phone Number
  • Physical Address

Keeping client data accurate and up-to-date is quick and hassle-free.

Step-by-Step Guide to Edit Customer Details

Step 1: Open the Customers Section

From the left-hand sidebar menu, click on “Customers” to access your customer database.

Step 2: View the Customer List


All customer details will be displayed in a clean, tabular format for easy viewing and access.

Step 3: Click the Edit Icon


Find the customer you want to update. Click the edit (✏️) icon in the “Actions” column next to their entry.

Step 4: Update Customer Information


A form will appear, allowing you to modify details such as:

  • Customer Name
  • Email Address
  • Phone Number
  • Physical Address
Save Customer

Step 5: Get Confirmation


Once saved, you’ll see a confirmation pop-up at the bottom-right corner of your screen notifying you that the customer details were successfully updated.
