Clockdiary lets you archive projects with ease. By archiving a project, it is no longer visible in the project list. An archived project can be seen by clicking on the show archive option in the dropdown menu. Once you archive a project, no one will be able to select it anymore for tracking time.Benefits of archiving a project:

• Keeping track of active projects becomes easy
• The project list is clean
• Archived projects can be viewed anytime

Step 1: To archive a project, simply click on Projects in the sidebar menu.

Step 2: Click on the archive button next to the edit button.

Step 3: The archive project modal window will appear, click on the archive button.

The archived project will be removed from the list, and a small pop-up notification at the right bottom will notify that the project has been archived.

To view an archived project, simply select show archived from the show active dropdown menu.
