Clockdiary allows you to remove members from your teams with just a click. If a user has not joined the workspace, they can be easily removed. Once removed, they will no longer have access to the workspace.
Step 1: To remove a user, click on the Team option from the sidebar menu.
Step 2: Users who haven’t joined the workspace through the email invitation will be marked as (not joined yet)
(Note: The ‘remove a user’ option is only available for users who haven’t joined the workspace, members can not be removed, they can be archived only.)
Step 3: Click on the three dots under the actions menu and click on Remove user option to remove the user.
Step 4: Click on the Remove button on the remove user modal window to remove the user.
Once you click on the Remove button, a pop-up notification at the bottom right will notify you that the user has been removed.
