Clockdiary lets you archive labels that are no longer in use. Once a label is archived, it is removed from the list of active labels and gets automatically added to the list of archived labels.
How to restore archived labels
Step 1: To archive a label, simply click on Labels from the sidebar menu.
Step 2: Click on the archive button adjacent to the name of the label you want to archive.
Step 3: The archive label modal window will appear, click on the Archive button to finally archive the Label.
A pop-up notification at the bottom right will notify that the Label has been archived.
How to restore archived labels
Step 1: To Restore an archived label, simply click on Labels from the sidebar menu.
Step 2: Click on the show archived option from the drop-down menu to view the list of archived labels. All archived labels will appear in a tabular format in the list.
Step 3: Click on the restore button adjacent to the label you want to restore.
Step 4: Finally, click on the Restore button.
Once you click on restore, a pop-up notification at the bottom right will notify you that the label has been restored.
