If you’ve been using a project management or time-tracking tool, chances are you’ve created multiple workzones over time—some of which are no longer relevant. Deleting an unused or outdated workzone not only helps you stay organized but also improves overall system performance and reduces clutter. In this guide, we’ll walk you through exactly how to delete a workzone safely and efficiently.
Let’s get started.
Step 1: To delete a workzone, click Workzones from the sidebar menu.
Step 2: Click the cross icon next to the workzone you want to remove. If it’s currently active, switch to a different one first, as active workzones cannot be deleted.
Step 3: After clicking the Delete button, a confirmation popup will appear. Type DELETE into the confirmation field, then click Confirm to permanently remove the workzone.
Once you click on the Delete Workzone button, a pop-up will appear at the bottom, notifying the workzone has been deleted.
