How to Archive a Member in Teams

Clockdiary enables you to archive a member that is no longer participating in the workspace duties. Archiving a member hides their work record from the list of members by default, and archived members’ data can only be viewed by applying the show archived filter.

Step 1: To archive a member, click on the Team option from the sidebar menu.

Step 2: Click on the three dots in the actions menu adjacent to the name of the member you want to archive.

Step 3: Click on the Archive option from the dropdown menu.

Step 4: The Archive member modal window will appear, click on Archive to finally archive the member.

(Note: Only users who have joined the workspace can be archived ‘not joined yet’ members can only be removed)

Once you click on the Archive button, a pop-up notification at the bottom right will notify you about the deactivation of the user profile from the workspace.
